Halloween Safety Tips

Keep these tips in mind to ensure a healthy and safe Halloween!

      • Wear costumes that are bright, reflective and fit properly.
      • Sweep wet leaves from the sidewalk and steps to prevent trick-or-treaters from slipping and ensure pathways are well lit.
      • Only go to homes with a porch light on, never go inside a home or car for treats.
      • Inspect your child’s candies and treats before consumption. Throw away anything that looks suspicious.
      • Bring a flashlight with you.
