Director of Marketing

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for department management, long term planning, strategy, objectives, and budgeting. Interface with Executive Management with potential to rise to Executive Management.
  • Support the development of digital acquisition campaigns, leading the end to end concept from concept to execution.
  • Continuously improve the Company’s database, data integrity, data quality and oversee the department’s development of email marketing strategies and the development of meaningful reports etc. to accommodate operational objectives
  • Work with the product champions, managers, agency partners, and compliance in the creative process as needed
  • Drive channel acquisitions growth through understanding the competitive landscape, optimizing existing channel performance, and identifying new messaging, targeting, or capability opportunities.
  • Manage agency relationship for campaign creative, including briefing, reviews, and aligning with internal stakeholders
  • Oversee the content creation, deployment and audience engagement of multiple social media channels
  • Oversee the management of the Company website

Business and Technical Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years marketing competence across digital and traditional channels, which may have included the development of marketing, product or offer strategy, or actively managing channel(s) focused on acquisition best practices
  • Familiarity with campaign optimization tactics to drive and evaluate full-funnel conversion
  • Experience in marketing project management beneficial
  • Familiarity with basic reporting and analytics processes, reporting, P&L models, and fundamental analytic tactics to derive insights
  • Experience leading projects with internal and external partners with proven results
  • Strong creativity and writing skills
  • Financial services industry experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Branch Supervisor

Charter Oak Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Supervisor.

  • Applicants must possess the ability to motivate, lead, and assist the team in achieving branch goals in performance excellence.
  • It is essential that the person selected for this position is energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
  • The candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent communication, customer service and sales skills; the desire to build outside relationships and leads; and work diligently to grow business at the branch level.

Consumer Loan Underwriter

Charter Oak Federal Credit Union is looking to hire an experienced consumer loan underwriter who can successfully process and underwrite all types of consumer loans.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Process and underwrite all consumer loan applications including autos, indirect autos, credit cards and unsecured loan types
  • Obtain, review and prepare required loan documentation and schedule loan closings
  • Audit loan packages to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Manage a pipeline of loans and maintain timely and compliant flow of such loans through the process
  • Frequently communicate with borrowers, loan processers and branch team
  • All activities associated with servicing the credit card loan portfolio
  • Understand and apply local, state, and federal regulations related to servicing, processing and underwriting consumer loans

Maintenance Technician

The Credit Union is interested in hiring a Maintenance Technician. Applicants must be willing to work together as a team to perform the maintenance and repairs necessary to maintain the physical appearance of all Branch Offices as well as have general knowledge of servicing ATMs and basic working knowledge of IP phones. The candidate will also be responsible for delivering and picking up mail at post offices and inter-office locations.

Applicant must be a US Citizen in order to access Electric Boat and EBNL offices in order to service ATMs and make deliveries.

Part-Time Member Service Representative – Float
